Notice of EGM: The Extraordinary General Meeting is to be held at the office of SVM Asset Management Limited at 7 Castle Street, Edinburgh, EH2 3AH at 10.00 am on 23 September 2025.

Whether or not you propose to attend the Extraordinary General Meeting on 23 September 2025, please complete the Proxy Voting Form and return it, and where required any power of attorney or other authority under which it is signed, either by using the envelope provided or by sending a scanned copy to client.services@river.global to arrive no later than 10.00 am on 21 September 2025. 

If you intend to attend the meeting in person, please inform us by calling us on 0131 226 6699 no later than 48 hours before the time of the meeting.
